All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will send you a email with updated tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. If you have any questions related to shipping please email: email@example.com.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. For small items we usually do flat rate shipping cost but some bigger products or faster service we will have different rate based on weight and location. You will be able to review you shipping cost and total cost during checkout.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in good condition with all parts included and to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or DOA. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

You will be given instruction by email along with the RMA # sent to you.
3. Please make sure you have the RMA # stated on your package to help us speed up the RMA process.
Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged if it is damaged by the customer.
If there's nothing wrong with the product, all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order for items returned for no failure.
